Vania Sakelaris, the founder of VAS & Associates Inc. is a respected and collaborative senior leader with over 25 years of seasoned executive experience at the regional, provincial, national, and global levels. Her track record reflects exemplary performance in leading large organizations and interdisciplinary teams as well as leading large scale transformation initiatives. She is effective in influencing, negotiating, and advancing innovative and integrated solutions using a values-based approach.
Vania’s professional portfolio has included progressive leadership experience from small start-up organizations to a billion-dollar agency. She is well-versed in public administration, risk, and regulatory frameworks, and specializes in service-based industries including healthcare, financial, professional services, and education.
Vania’s lifelong passion for capacity building has been reflected throughout her career and inspired her coaching work and the launch of her business which supports boards, leader and teams on their values-based journeys through enabling advancement of their defined goals and aspirations. She is committed to lifelong learning and provides mentorship to university students and entrepreneurs based on her professional and transformational journey. Her knowledge mobilization efforts include public speaking and university lectures. They also include the development and publishing of case studies for use by global business schools.
